Lily and Her Big Brother, Max

Strother and I have had Max for almost six years.  He has been our one and only baby for almost the entirety of our marriage!  I was a little worried about how he'd take to Lily, and although he does seem confused, he has been very sweet and gentle with her!

When we got home, Strother went inside to say hello to Max, and I stayed in the car with Lily.  We knew he'd be super excited to see us since it had been three days!  Then Strother and I traded places and I went to see Max.  We each loved on him and let him jump and cuddle us before we brought Lily in.

When Lily came inside, we let Max sniff and investigate.  He is very curious, but in a sweet, gentle way.  Sometimes he sits on the ottoman while I feed her, or at our feet while we rock her.  He peeks at her in her bassinet, and has even given her a couple of kisses.  Sweet brother and sister.  :)
